CHARLES "SKIP" MILLER
Skip has been employed with the Postal Service for 27 years. He began his career on April 13, 1985 in the former “Clerk/Carrier” craft in Lumberton NC. After 2 years he made the choice to pursue a course in management and served as 204B.
Skip was promoted to Delivery Service Supervisor in 1987 and began his journey in management. In 1990 he was promoted to Superintendent Postal Operations. He then became Postmaster Elizabethtown in 1992 and held six Postmaster positions ranging in level. He also served on details as OIC, POOM and MOPS. On December 1, 2012 he was promoted to Manager Operations Program Support for Mid-Carolinas District.
Skip enjoys relaxing by flying airplanes, taking weekend getaways and home improvement. He was born and raised in Baltimore MD and came to NC with his family in 1979. Skip calls NC “home.”
